2008 witnessed a severe downtown in the market and we handled several development sales through this period which required careful negotiations under the experienced guidance of Charles Chatterji. The market has recovered well from the summer of 2009 and we have continued to achieve strong prices on land sold by Gascoignes.
The market in 2010 continues well and saw recent sales near Horsham, Fleet, Bromley, Guildford, Southampton and Petersfield. We are known in the industry for obtaining good prices when selling land, we are not distracted by the desire to sell new homes we concentrate on land, particularly between £1 million and £15 million.
