We sell development sites and are known  in the industry for obtaining strong prices when selling land. We concentrate on development land between £1 million and £10 million .  Since 2005 we are selling more than £20 million of land every year.  We do not sell sites below the values indicated but are happy to sell above £10 million  Geographically our development land service covers a large area and we sell sites across the south east, central south and south west of England.
